The Philippine Association of Management Accountants, Inc. (PAMA), a professional organization of Certified Public Accountants which envisions to elevate the management accounting profession in the Philippines, headed by their President, Ms. Cynthia A. Molina, paid a courtesy visit to Gov. Raphaelle Veronica “Rafy” Ortega-David at the Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union on May 17, 2023 as they invited the governor to be the Luncheon Keynote Speaker for their 50th Annual National Conference to be held at the Thurderbird Resort, Freeport Zone, City of San Fernando, La Union on June 9-11, 2023.
The Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU) through Provincial Administrator, Ms. Agnes Grace A. Cargamento, along with Provincial Accountant Atty. Albert F. Padilla, welcomed the officers of the said organization at the Office of the Provincial Administrator, Provincial Capitol. With La Union’s transformative governance, the PAMA chose the province to as venue for their upcoming 50th Annual National Conference as they celebrate 50 years in empowering its members, enriching organizational capability and upholding public interest.
With the activities of PAMA in the succeeding weeks, the PGLU ensured the full support of the Province of La Union with the leadership of Gov. Rafy. The PGLU believes that these activities serve as avenues in promoting the province and its people and in attaining the vision of La Union to be the Heart of Agri-Tourism in Northern Luzon by 2025.
